Gold Sponsor for Codification World Forum 2011
Allan Webb is proud to be the Gold sponsor of the Codification World Forum 2011 this November in Bruges. The NATO Codification System (NCS) is one of the notable successes of the past 50 years. This “common language of logistics” has enabled defence forces worldwide to describe, identify and share material. The World Forum will examine the challenges for the NCS in meeting emerging requirements and how opportunities can also be captured.
As well as presentations on specific topics, delegates will have the opportunity to contribute their ideas and ask questions about any aspect of codification. There will be a number of discussion groups on topics such as ‘The Benefits of Codification’, ‘Data Management’, ‘Supplier-Sourced Codification’, ‘Sponsorship Programmes’, ‘Total Asset Management’, ‘Future Strategic Objectives for Codification’ as well as training opportunities for any delegates who would like to learn more about how codification works and how best to exploit the NATO Codification Database (NMCRL).
